Orange Naturals Kids Magnesium Chewables give children 50 mg of magnesium per tablet in the highly absorbable bis-glycinate chelate form. Magnesium is a mineral that plays a part in hundreds of processes in a growing body, and picky eaters do not always get enough from food.
