NOW Maca 500 mg, 100 Veg Capsules

Maca (Lepidium meyenii) is a root vegetable grown at high elevations in the Andes of central Peru, where it has been eaten as a food and taken as a general energy tonic for centuries. More recent research suggests maca may help support a healthy reproductive life for both men and women, and clinical data indicate it does not act directly on hormone function.

NOW's capsules give you 500 mg of maca root each, with nothing but a vegetarian capsule and a little magnesium stearate alongside. It is a simple, single-herb format for anyone who prefers capsules to the earthy taste of maca powder. Shelved in our sexual health section. 100 capsules per bottle.
