Noble Jerky is a plant-based jerky made from marinated, seasoned soy protein. Sticky Hickory is the sweet and smoky one: a black bean sauce base with tomato paste, rice vinegar, garlic and spices, dried down until it is chewy the way jerky should be. Each 70 g bag has 14 g of protein.
