About this product

NOA's non-alcoholic spiced rum took more than three years to get right. After trying ginger, green molasses and roasted pineapple rind for a funkier Jamaican style, NOA settled on this warmer balance: sugar cane and molasses notes with cinnamon, allspice and cardamom, and a little lime to lift it.

Use it the way you would any spiced rum. Pour it over ice, top it with cola for a Cuba Libre, or shake it into a daiquiri or mojito. A natural gentian deposit can settle at the bottom of the bottle, so give it a good shake before each pour.

How to use
Shake the bottle well before each use; a natural deposit of gentian is common and normal. Serve on ice, mixed with cola or lemon-lime soda, or in a daiquiri, mojito, Cuba Libre or Dark n Stormy, as you would any other spiced rum.
