New Roots Modified Citrus Pectin is pectin from citrus peel that has been broken down into shorter, smaller chains. Ordinary pectin is what sets jam; the modified form is made to dissolve in water and be taken as a supplement powder.
Stir it into water or juice as the label directs. The container holds 150 g. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. New Roots Herbal is a Quebec company, and this sits in our cleanse section. It is a specialty item, so if you have questions the clinic team is a good place to start.
