New Roots Herbal L-Arginine 500 mg, 100 Capsules

L-arginine is an amino acid, one of the building blocks the body uses to make protein. New Roots Herbal offers it on its own, 500 mg per capsule, for people who want to add a single amino acid to their routine rather than a blended formula.

The capsule is a non-GMO vegetable capsule made from vegetable carbohydrate gum and water, and the only other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate. The bottle holds 100 capsules. If you are unsure how much to take, check the label or ask a practitioner.

• 100 vegetable capsules
• 500 mg L-arginine per capsule
• Non-GMO vegetable capsule

This nonessential amino acid is involved with protein synthesis. It can also improve exercise capacity and recovery time following exertion.
