Nature's Bakery Blueberry Fig Bars are soft-baked bars made with stone-ground whole wheat flour, fig paste and a blueberry filling, sweetened with cane sugar and brown rice syrup. Each 57 g twin pack holds two bars, so one pack is a snack and half a pack is a small one.
They are semi-sweet rather than sugary, and they travel well in lunch bags, hiking packs and glove boxes. The box has six twin packs. Contains wheat.
