Namaste Foods Gluten Free Muffin & Scone Mix bakes light, airy muffins with a gently sweet vanilla flavour, and the same batter makes scones. Have them for breakfast or an afternoon snack, and stir in berries, chopped apple, cinnamon or whatever you have on hand for variety.

The mix is made from sweet brown rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch and arrowroot, with cream of tartar and baking soda for lift. It is free from the most common allergens, including wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulphites, sesame, fish and shellfish, and it is non-GMO, nut-free and kosher. You add the eggs, oil and water or fruit juice.
