Namaste Foods Gluten Free Blondie Mix makes a pan of soft, vanilla-scented blondies without wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts or soy in the mix. The base is sweet brown rice flour with cane and brown sugars, tapioca starch, arrowroot, citrus fibre and ground vanilla bean, so the bars bake up sweet and tender.

It is certified gluten-free, Non-GMO Project Verified and kosher, and it is made free from the top 14 food allergens, which is useful when you are baking for a crowd with different needs. Stir in chocolate chips or chopped dried fruit if you like, then bake as directed on the box.
