Naked & Saucy's Nooch Caesar is a plant-based caesar dressing that gets its savoury, cheesy depth from nutritional yeast, the nooch in the name, instead of parmesan and anchovy. It is organic, vegan, gluten-free and soy-free.
Toss it with romaine and croutons, use it as a dip for raw vegetables, or spread it on a wrap. The 250 mL bottle goes quickly in a salad house. Keep it in the fridge once opened.
