Yeshi Caesar Dressing, 350 mL

Yeshi Caesar Dressing is a creamy, tangy take on the classic, made without eggs or dairy. Lemon, garlic and a plant-based anchovy flavour do the work, and nutritional yeast gives it the savoury depth you would normally get from parmesan. The base is high-oleic, non-GMO sunflower oil with vinegar and gluten-free soy sauce.

Toss it with romaine and croutons, of course, but it is just as good as a dip for raw vegetables, a spread on a wrap or drizzled over roasted potatoes and grilled chicken. Refrigerate after opening and give the bottle a shake before pouring. It contains mustard and soy.
