Made With Local's Lemon Square is a soft, gluten-free bar built on oats and cashew butter, sweetened with honey and finished with pure lemon oil, coconut and walnuts. It tastes bright and creamy, closer to a lemon square from a bake sale than a typical protein bar.

Keep one in a bag for the afternoon slump, pack it in a lunch or have it with coffee. It contains tree nuts (cashew, walnut) and may contain peanuts.
