About this product
Lotus Foods makes these traditional pad thai noodles from organic heirloom rice grown on family farms. The only ingredient is organic white rice flour, so they are naturally gluten-free and suit a vegan pantry.
They are the flat rice noodle a restaurant-style pad thai is built on. Soak or boil them briefly as the package directs, drain, then toss them into a hot pan with your sauce, protein and vegetables. They also hold up well in soups and cold noodle salads. Keep the packet in a cool, dry cupboard.
