Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Ramen with Miso Soup is a single-serving noodle cake with a red miso soup packet, made from organic brown rice and organic millet instead of wheat. The noodles are gluten-free with a pleasant nutty taste, and they are a source of fibre and protein.

Boil the noodles for about four minutes, stir in the soup packet of red miso, tamari, wakame seaweed, onion, garlic and ginger, and lunch is done. Add a soft egg, tofu or leftover vegetables to round it out. The soup packet contains soy. One 80 g serving.
