About this product

LillyBean's Double Dark Chocolate Vegan Hot Chocolate Mix is a three-ingredient cocoa mix: sugar, cocoa and a pinch of salt. There is no milk powder in the mix, so it is vegan and you choose the milk. Made with oat or almond milk it stays dairy-free; made with whole milk it turns into something close to a café hot chocolate.

The cocoa-heavy blend makes a cup that is dark and rich rather than sweet and pale. Stir two tablespoons into a mug of hot milk until it dissolves, and top it however you like. It is also a handy base for mochas, or for dusting over a cake. The mix is made with gluten-free ingredients.
