Preparation & storage
Kenyan Earl Grey: Boil 175°F, 3 minutes. For a second cup, resteep the tea for 6 minutes.
Mt Kenya Black: Boil 205°F, 3 minutes. For a second cup, resteep the tea for 6 minutes.

JusTea is a Vancouver company that buys tea directly from small farmers in Kenya and shares the profit with them, cutting out the auction system. The purple tea is unique to Kenya, and the loose-leaf tins come with a hand-carved wooden spoon.
