Hummingbird Chocolate's Candy Cane bar is a 60% dark chocolate studded with crushed candy cane, made for the holidays. The chocolate is made from cacao, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter and a little milk powder, which gives it a creamy edge that plays well with the cool peppermint and the crunch of the candy pieces.
