Harmonic Arts Elderberry Ginger Syrup, 250 mL

Harmonic Arts' Elderberry Ginger Syrup is a simple herbal syrup made from organic elderberries and organic ginger, sweetened with wild-harvested wildflower honey and blended with natural Canadian spring water and a little organic cane alcohol. That is the whole list. The syrup is dark, fruity and warming, with the ginger giving it a gentle bite.

Elderberry syrup is a fall and winter cupboard staple, and this one tastes good enough that taking it is not a chore. Take it by the spoonful as directed on the bottle, or stir it into warm water or tea. Sugar content is low, at roughly 0.6 to 1.5 g per 2 to 5 mL serving.
