A small reusable cloth pad from Hannahpad, sold as a pack of two. The small size suits lighter days or the start and end of your cycle, and it fastens under your underwear the way a disposable pad does, without anything going in the bin afterward.

Rinse in cold water after use, wash with your regular laundry and hang to dry. With two in the pack you can rotate one while the other dries. A simple first swap if you are moving your bathroom toward reusables.
