Green Organic Mixed Mushrooms, 300 g

Green Organic Mixed Mushrooms is a 300 g bag of four organic mushrooms: shiitake, shimeji, button and abalone. The mix gives you a range of textures and a deeper, more savoury flavour than button mushrooms alone, without buying four separate packs that go soft in the crisper.

Cook them from frozen in a hot pan with butter or oil, letting the liquid cook off before you season. They are good in stir-fries, ramen and miso soup, pasta sauces, risotto and omelettes. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer.
