Nori is thin, crisp and mildly briny. Lay a sheet shiny side down, spread on rice and fillings, and roll. You can also cut sheets into strips to wrap rice balls, or crumble them over noodles and salads. Gluten-free. Once the pack is open, reseal it tightly; nori goes soft if it picks up moisture.
