Giddy Yo has sourced premium cacao from the Vraem district, province of Cusco, Peru. The compilation of their beans are true Criollo and contain no CCN51 hybrid cacoa. Giddy Yo's cacao truly is unique and premium because they're low microbial, low cadmium and low in heavy metals. They offer you a luxury cacao; always lab tested, certified organic, Fair Trade and common allergen-free, as well as being creamy and delicious!

Their cacao is hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection, crushed into nibs, the skins removed or 'winnowed' and ground into a liquid. The liquefied cacao is tempered, cooled and packaged for your enjoyment. It's always clean and pure, never treated with toxic chemicals, and is low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality and taste while maintaining nutritional integrity.
