About this product

Giddy-Yo's cacao paste is 100 percent cacao and nothing else: whole beans fermented, dried, crushed into nibs, winnowed and ground into a liquid that is then tempered and set. It behaves much like unsweetened baking chocolate, melting smoothly into whatever you add it to.

The beans are Criollo cacao from the Vraem district in Cusco, Peru, certified organic and Fair Trade, processed at low temperatures and lab tested by the brand. Use it for hot cocoa, blend it into smoothies or coffee, or melt it with a sweetener and nuts to make your own dark chocolate bark and truffles.
