It combines organic apple, lemon balm, spearmint, chamomile, passion flower and valerian root, all certified organic. Lemon balm and chamomile give it a soft, floral cup, spearmint lifts it, and valerian adds the earthy depth the blend is named for.

Steep it for five minutes or so in freshly boiled water and drink it warm as part of a slow-down routine before bed. The 30 g pack is enough for a good run of evenings. Store it sealed and away from light.
