An organic, caffeine-free herbal blend from Genuine Tea Co, built around lemon balm, licorice root, ginger and fennel with dandelion, nettle, elderberries, burdock, cinnamon and cardamom. It is warming and a little sweet from the licorice, with a gentle spice.

This is a nice one after a big meal or as an evening cup, since there is no caffeine to keep you up. Steep in freshly boiled water and give it a few minutes longer than you would a black tea so the roots give up their flavour. Keep the pouch sealed and away from light.
