Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Once Daily is a one-capsule-a-day probiotic that provides 30 billion CFU from 14 raw probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. plantarum and Bifidobacterium lactis. The capsule is vegetable cellulose, and the formula is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and vegetarian.

Directions are on the bottle, including how to space it from antibiotics if you are taking them. Keep the bottle in the fridge to protect the cultures. One bottle is a 30-day supply.

How to use
