Galerie's Mediterranean Sea Salt Dark Chocolate is a no-sugar-added dark bar made in Canada, sweetened with erythritol and stevia with inulin fibre in place of sugar. Flakes of sea salt bring out the cocoa. It is keto friendly, gluten-free, peanut-free and non-GMO, and there are no milk ingredients in the recipe, though it may contain traces.
Snap off a square when you want dark chocolate without the sugar, pair it with a cup of tea, or melt it into a keto dessert. Contains soy; may contain milk and tree nuts.
