Frankie's white cheddar puffs are made with sprouted grains, organic sprouted white quinoa and sprouted brown rice alongside organic cornmeal, which gives them a lighter, crunchier texture than a standard puff. They are made with organic high-oleic sunflower oil and dusted with a white cheddar seasoning of organic cheddar, whey and buttermilk.

They are certified organic in Canada and the USA, Non-GMO Project Verified, Whole Grain Council approved and certified gluten-free, and made in Canada. Pack them in a lunch, or put out a bowl when friends drop by. Contains milk.
