Four O'Clock's Chai Maple Pecan Rooibos is a caffeine-free chai on a rooibos base: warming chai spices with the sweet, toasty flavours of maple and pecan. Like the rest of the line there is no added sugar and no artificial flavour, so the sweetness is suggestion rather than sugar.

Steep a bag for 4 to 7 minutes in water at 95°C. It is built for a latte, so try it with steamed milk and a drop of real maple syrup on a cold afternoon. Four O'Clock is a Canadian family tea company; the bags are unbleached and compostable.
