Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Crunchy Cereal, Original, 454 g

Ezekiel 4:9 Original is Food For Life's sprouted whole grain cereal, the closest thing to their well-known Ezekiel bread in a bowl. Six organic grains and legumes (wheat, barley, millet, lentils, soybeans and spelt) are sprouted and baked into crunchy clusters with no flour at all. It is certified organic with no preservatives, and the grain and legume combination makes it a complete protein.

The flavour is simple and lightly malty, so it goes anywhere: cold with milk, hot as a porridge, or as a crunchy topping for yogurt and ice cream. Made in a facility that also handles wheat, soy, sesame, tree nuts and milk.
