About this product
Flora's Organic Flax Oil is a fresh-pressed, unrefined, virgin flaxseed oil made from certified organic Canadian flax. Flora handles it from seed to bottle: they source the seed, press it and bottle it in-house.
Flax oil is a plant source of both omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids, the 'good' fats your body cannot make on its own and has to get from food. Use it uncooked: drizzle it on salads, stir it into yogurt or oatmeal, or add it to a smoothie. Never heat it, and keep it in the fridge once opened.
