Flora Iron+ Vitamin B Complex, 240 mL

Flora Iron+ Vitamin B Complex is a liquid iron supplement. The iron comes as ferrous gluconate, a form the brand chose for how well it is absorbed and tolerated, and it is paired with a B vitamin complex in a 240 mL bottle you measure out rather than swallow as a pill.

Liquid formats are often chosen by people who find iron tablets hard on the stomach or hard to swallow. Keep the bottle as the label directs once opened, and measure it with the cap or a proper spoon. If you are unsure whether it is the right iron for you, ask on the floor or in the clinic.
