About this product
Organic wholegrain spelt spaghetti from Felicetti, made in the Italian Alps. Spelt is an ancient grain, once a staple of the Romans, with an intense flavour and a warm ochre colour, and Felicetti's slow process keeps that character intact.
Cook in plenty of salted boiling water until just tender, drain and dress simply: good olive oil, garlic and chili, or a slow-cooked tomato sauce. The nutty flavour also stands up to mushrooms and greens. Wholegrain spelt is a high source of fibre. Made in Italy.
