Organic spelt penne rigate from Felicetti, a pasta maker in the Italian Alps with more than a century behind it. The dough is made with organic spelt and alpine spring water, then dried slowly, which gives the pasta a firm bite and a warm, ochre colour with the deeper, nuttier flavour of this ancient grain.

Cook in plenty of salted boiling water until just tender. The ridged tubes catch sauce, so they suit a hearty ragù, a creamy vegetable sauce or a baked pasta. Spelt pasta is a high source of fibre. Made in Italy, organic, kosher and non-GMO.
