Estro Adapt brings together nutrients known for their role in how the body handles estrogen. Lifenol hops extract is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve nervousness; calcium D-glucarate, DIM (from cruciferous vegetables) and choline support the liver's processing of hormones, and sulforaphane-rich broccoli extract rounds it out. The formula is designed to help support healthy estrogen balance and regular cycles.

Each two-capsule serving provides 120 mg hops extract, 150 mg calcium D-glucarate, 108 mg DIM, 27.6 mg choline and 300 mg broccoli extract. Free of wheat, gluten, nuts, soy, dairy and animal by-products.

Estro Adapt™ includes some of the most important estrogen-modulating nutrients known to support healthy estrogen levels and detoxification.
