Ener-C Peach Mango is an effervescent vitamin C drink mix in single-serve packets. Each packet delivers 1000 mg of vitamin C along with vitamins A, E, B3, B6 and B12, folate and pantothenic acid, and minerals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, iodine, manganese and chromium. It is flavoured with real peach, mango and citrus juice powders and coloured with purple sweet potato and beta carotene.

Empty a packet into a glass, add water and let it fizz. It also supplies electrolytes, so many people keep a box at the office or in a gym bag for after a workout. Sweetened with cane fructose and monk fruit.

How to use
Empty contents into a glass. Add 4-6 oz. of water. For adult use only. As a dietary supplement, take one packet up to two (2) times a day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
