Eden Organic Small Red Beans are an oval, dark red bean, also called the Mexican red bean, and a close relative of the kidney bean. These are grown by organic family farms, soaked overnight and cooked through with a piece of kombu seaweed at Eden's certified organic, kosher cannery, with no chemical additives.

Small red beans hold their shape and are the traditional choice for red beans and rice, and they work just as well in chili, soups, salads and bean dips. Drain and rinse before using, or add the liquid to the pot for body.
