Eden Foods Buckwheat Soba, 227 g

Eden's soba are made from 100 percent whole buckwheat flour, with no wheat and no added salt. They are made the traditional way and slowly dried in two stages, which gives them their deep brown colour and earthy, full flavour. Despite the name, buckwheat is not a type of wheat and is not related to it.

Cook them in plenty of boiling water, then rinse. Serve chilled with a dipping sauce, drop them into a hot broth with greens and tofu, or toss them with sesame oil and vegetables for a quick noodle salad.
