Eat Wholesome Organic Garlic Dill Pickles are in-season gherkins pickled in a 750 mL jar with fresh dill, sweet red pepper, onion, garlic and a touch of horseradish and spices. Every vegetable ingredient is certified organic, and the result is a crisp, garlicky pickle with a little sweetness behind the dill.

Serve them beside a sandwich or a burger, chop them into potato salad or tartar sauce, or set the jar out with cheese and crackers. The brine is worth saving for a salad dressing. Keep the jar in the pantry until opened, then in the fridge.
