Liposomal Glutathione from Designs for Health delivers 100 mg of glutathione per 1 mL pump in a liposomal form. Liposomes are tiny spheres of phospholipids, the same material as cell membranes, and wrapping the glutathione in them helps it be absorbed rather than broken down in the gut.
