De Soi Purple Lune is a non-alcoholic drink made for the evening: rich and delicate, with notes of blackberry nectar, vanilla oak and rose petals. It is complex without being heavy, something to pour when you want a proper glass without the alcohol.

The base is a blend of peach, blackberry, black currant and tart cherry juices with date syrup, balsamic vinegar, and extracts of cocoa, Ceylon and green tea, oak, gentian and rose, plus ashwagandha. Pour it into a good glass, over ice if you like, and dress it up with a slice of peach and a blackberry. It pairs well with steak au poivre, dark chocolate, radishes with good butter, and dates.
