Dandies are the vegan marshmallow: no gelatin and no animal products at all, made from a short list of non-GMO ingredients with cassava syrup and cane sugar for the sweetness and natural vanilla for the flavour. This is the full-size campfire marshmallow, the one for roasting sticks and s'mores.
They also do the job in hot chocolate, rice crispy squares and anything else that calls for a regular marshmallow. Store them in a cool, dry spot and seal the bag after opening so they stay soft.
