Goat cheese from a family farm in Keene, Ontario.
Crosswind Farm has milked goats in Keene, Ontario, just east of Peterborough, since 2006 and makes its cheese on the farm in small batches. The chèvre spreads, feta in brine and goat cheddar are made from the farm's own pasteurized milk with vegetable rennet and nothing else.
