Crofter's Organic Strawberry Spread is a fruit spread made with organic strawberries and organic fair trade cane sugar, set with apple pectin. Crofter's picks camarosa and senga sengana strawberries for their flavour, and uses less sugar than a traditional jam, so the fruit comes through first.

It has a bright, real-strawberry taste and a soft set that spreads easily on toast, swirls into yogurt or oatmeal, and works as a filling for thumbprint cookies or a layer in a cake. Keep it in the fridge once opened.
