Frozen Cauliflower, 300 g

A 300 g bag of frozen cauliflower from our frozen organic fruit and vegetable freezer. The cauliflower is cut and frozen ready to use, which makes it easy to keep on hand for the nights when fresh produce has run out.

Steam it as a side, roast it until the edges brown, blend it into a creamy soup, or pulse it for cauliflower rice. It cooks from frozen with no thawing needed. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer between uses.
