Conte's Gluten Free Stuffed Shells, 340 g

Conte's Gluten Free Stuffed Shells are jumbo pasta shells made from a rice flour and corn starch dough, filled with whole milk ricotta and romano cheese. The dough is bound with whole eggs and a little xanthan and guar gum so it holds together the way a wheat shell would.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish, set the shells in, cover with more sauce and a handful of cheese, and bake until bubbling. The 340 g pack makes a comfortable dinner for two with a salad. Contains milk and eggs.
