Connected Craft Beverages Jun Peach and Honey is a jun in a 250 mL serve. Jun is a close cousin of kombucha, traditionally brewed from green tea and honey rather than black tea and sugar, which gives it a lighter, softer taste. Peach carries the flavour here, with the honey rounding it out.
Drink it cold as a change from kombucha, or pour it over ice for a lighter afternoon drink. It is a single serving. Store it in the fridge and open the bottle gently, as it is naturally carbonated.
