Collective Arts Perpetual Paloma is a zero-proof cocktail in a can: a bright, citrusy mix of grapefruit and lime, carbonated and lightly sweetened with cane sugar, with hibiscus extract and natural flavours. It is made by Collective Arts Brewing, and there is no alcohol in it at all.
It drinks like a classic paloma without the tequila. Serve it ice cold, straight from the can or over ice with a salt rim and a wedge of grapefruit. Handy for a dry month, a patio afternoon or anyone at the party who is driving.
