A chicken bone broth gently spiced with turmeric and ginger. Broya simmers organic chicken bones from Canadian farms for 24 hours with organic carrots, celery and apple cider vinegar, then seasons the broth with turmeric, ginger, cardamom and black pepper. It is golden, warming and aromatic without being hot.

Heat it and sip it from a mug, or use it as the base for a golden chicken soup, a coconut curry, congee or a pot of rice. The 500 mL size gives you a couple of servings or one generous pot base. Everything in it is organic, and there is nothing artificial.
