Broya simmers organic Canadian chicken bones for 24 hours with organic carrots, celery and apple cider vinegar, then seasons the broth with smoked paprika, garlic, chipotle chili and allspice. The result is smoky and warming with a slow-building heat, more sriracha-bowl than plain soup.

Heat it and sip it from a mug on a cold day, or use it as the base for ramen, a quick chicken and rice soup, a pot of chili or a spicy noodle bowl. The 500 mL size gives you a couple of servings or one generous pot base. Everything in it is organic, and there is nothing artificial.
