A 298 g bag of frozen broccoli florets from our frozen organic fruit and vegetable freezer. The florets are cut and frozen ready to cook, so there is no trimming or washing to do on a busy night.

Steam or microwave them straight from frozen, toss them into a stir-fry or fried rice near the end, or roast them with oil and salt for crispier edges. Keep the bag in the freezer and seal it after opening so the florets do not pick up frost.
